Description
The Viper Maxi MKII is a fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 50mm to 165mm. The Viper WRL MKII Maxi lubricates ropes at up to 2000m/h. Recommended for use with ROV Cables, Vessel Crane Ropes, Underwater Offshore Wire Ropes and Drag Lines. The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope. Light weight, alloy lubricating collar
High pressure / high volume – 45:1 pump (50:1 Extra High Flow)
Air service unit with gauge and air isolation ball valve
1 metre of clear hose for excess lubricant return to drum
10 metre x 3/4 – high pressure hydraulic hose, with quick connect couplings
High pressure grease flow control valve
2 x 4 metre ratchet straps rated at 1200kg each c/w 4 x bow shackles
Aluminium storage case fitted with stainless steel hardware
